The opportunities presented to you via the Fraxtor platform will offer investment through several different corporate structures. In all cases you will not have any involvement in the day-to-day running of the project or investment and will be a ‘passive investor’. The typical structures you will be offered investment into include unit trusts, Australian Pty Ltd private companies, bond offers from private Australian companies and syndicated debt offers. The contributions of the participants are pooled to assist in meeting the costs and expenses of the property development project. The purpose of each offer and structure is to enable participants to participate in or receive the profits and income arising from the property development project.

Frax represents a unit or share in a Special Purchase Vehicle (SPV) that either owns property or lends or invests in a separate SPV that owns property. The Frax represents indirect ownership of property or rights to income that flow from exposure to a property development. 

Frax representing a bond represents a corporate debenture and does not beneficially own a part of the property.

Fraxtor’s listed investment products are segregated and are held under separate entities. The investment is not commingled with other listings.

Fraxtor’s listing committee is responsible for deciding which investments to list on the platform.

Yes, you can. To bring a deal onto our platform, please email contact@fraxtor.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Each deal will have to be vetted by our listing committee before we can bring it onto the platform.

As we are bound by ASIC regulations, we seek your understanding that we cannot reveal any current product offering until we have successfully on-boarded an investor and determined your status to be a wholesale investor.

As opposed to REIT’s, Fraxtor allows its investors to reap the benefits of the capital appreciation of an investment property aside from any dividend income it generates.

Furthermore, investors will have the freedom to create their own portfolio of investment properties. 

(Do note that not all of the investment products on our platform offer dividend payouts as some may be development assets that do not generate income)

Co-investors can also enjoy the benefits of a strong ecosystem:

1. Resource savings: Fraxtor handles the due diligence and market study before each deal is presented to the community for co-investment
2. Alignment of interests: Stakeholders of Fraxtor Private Limited will contribute their own funds in every deal, which will be declared on the project information sheet. Hence, their interests are aligned with co-investors
3. Two-way relationship: Co-investors can also bring on potential deals for Fraxtor to evaluate and pursue but will be subject to the same due diligence process we go through for every project

No. Investor name list of each project will not be made known, only the transactions that are on the blockchain.
