Our Investment Manager will contact you to complete the ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and ‘Anti Money Laundering’ (AML) review.
According to the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth), Wholesale Investors are defined as those who have:
- Net assets exceeding A$2.5 million.
- Gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least A$250,000 per year.
- Investing A$500,000 in an offer.
