The Australian Investment Bond offers investors a fixed coupon paid half-yearly to bondholders, over a bond term of 4 years. Funds raised will be used by the Company to invest in credit investments within the Australian property market. The AIB is unrated and non-tradable. Bondholders are unsecured creditors and have priority claims over shareholders if an insolvency event occurs.
